compreendida a proveniente de transfer\u00eancias, cumprindo o limite constitucional m\u00ednimo de 25% previsto no art. 212 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Da mesma forma, constatou-se a destina\u00e7\u00e3o ao pagamento da<strong> remunera\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais da educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica<\/strong> em efetivo exerc\u00edcio do montante de <strong>R$ 1.425.270.985,67<\/strong>, equivalente a<strong> 75,06%<\/strong> das receitas provenientes do Fundeb no exerc\u00edcio analisado, cumprindo o limite TCE-ES de 2020 a 2024 e os <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW219101052 BCX0\">RREOs<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW219101052 BCX0\"> e os <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW219101052 BCX0\">RGFs<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW219101052 BCX0\"> de 2020 a 2024, cumprindo a determina\u00e7\u00e3o
